While I admit I was sent to the wrong location, which meant we got there right as the location opened. The person that greeted us was very upset with us for pulling the truck into her lot when she wasn’t expecting us. Rather than explaining where the correct location was she grudgingly asked if we just wanted to turn things in and asked me for the key. I had to ask if there was anything else I needed to do.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNothing critical maybe just some of the logistics need to be hashed out so the people on the ground can perform the job better. Idk really how to respond to this question. Sometimes mistakes just happen.
Tielor IEverything was fine...the lady was not particularly friendly but she was fine.
Crystal NThere were no staff to help us. It was the tiniest parking lot for a huge truck and other people's equipment couldn't even park a car there. As well as the truck Scanning the barcode on the return sheet. Let's do a page that didn't want to work at all. We had to call you haul support And it was barely helpful
austin lWay too expensive, the parking was non existent, there was no one there to help on a Saturday. Since I did everything myself, it should have been much cheaper.
