DARYL WI was told the truck RENTAL was $49.95, plus mileage and insurance, to rent the truck. They should have mentioned there is a $49.95 RENTAL CHARGE in ADDITION to the $49.95 RENTAL RATE. Why is there a "Rental Charge" and a "Rental Rate" but I was only quoted the RENTAL RATE? Why not just add an additional RENTAL FEE or some other RENTAL blah-blah-blah charge? (sarcastic) Also, returning the vehicle after hours (after hours on Saturday was 1:00pm) was a problem because you have to be AT THE LOCATION where you drop it off to complete the return on your phone or in the APP. I was able to call call UHAUL and they did make a note that the vehicle was returned, but what a pain.
EDD FNeed to show clock in time return of truck. A hour late does not warrant a $40 charge. Circumstances happen and it was an 9:00 o’clock time. After hours and no onr scheduled for use. Just saying. All went well though.
