No hassle returning the truck and the gentleman at the counter was friendly and respectful.

Jane DExcellent service
Roger RThe store where I got, my equipment was fine. Recommend it and the manager there. However, I went to pick up the truck that I really rented at the original location and nothing was available and no one called me to tell me or to set up a better plan. I do all this independently on my own through customer service and navigate them to get me something that was acceptable. On top of all that, I got charged a late fee for bringing it back after 5 PM which only occurred because I couldn’t pick up the initial truck at the appropriate time. certainly, I wouldn’t use U-Haul again.
Gordon PCamden tool supply was awesome. Great customer service and help at the last minute.
