I’ve rented from the twice and they’ve been reliable. Wasn’t able to get the appliance dolly from any of the closets locations to me in Campbellsville, but the rep did try to locate one.

George LAssociate reported the truck had a full tank of fuel at pickup and it only had 3/4. I returned the truck with over 3/4 of fuel and I was charged a fuel fee for the truck not being on full.
CARLOS SGayle was the most hateful and unhelpful person I have ever met across at ANY uhaul location....possibly anywhere else I've ever been. I wasn't sure what to make of it. Me being a paying customer giving the location business, seemed like an inconvenience to her. Nastiness aside, the trailer lights did not work. It was a "take it or leave it" situation. She said nobody else in town had one. I had to call customer service to get somebody out there to service the trailer. When I came back to the location, she was raising her voice at the repair guy, saying something like, "it wasn't his place to call", was visibly mad, and stormed off back to the office (which smelled of cigarettes and dog poop. The Chihuahua was cute, but I guess she didn't clean to after it or something). After the repairs were made, I went back inside the office to have her take the picture she needed of it hooked up (which I did, can't remember last time uhaul actually let a customer do that themselves). She had cancelled my reservation, so I had to do it all over again. What a mess...
GRIGORY BMy cell phone died as soon as getting to drop off. So the lady working there was very kind to take the keys and log me as dropped off. I so appreciated it after my long drive
