No blankets were available and inside was dirty at my pickup location changed. Staff at the ACE Hardware were very good.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt was not the location I asked for and was promised. Apparently, when you say a location is confirmed, it's not. I was pretty insulted and felt unappreciated as a customer.
Michael FNothing to do with Ace Hardware - they are great! The return process is annoying. The link you post on the lock box should directly take you to the return screen. You are three scrolls away from the return button and it’s not intuitive. Consider a QR code
Nicholas MNot as good as an U Hall stand alone center
Jeffrey KTook three employees to rent me a trailer I told them I was returning it to a different location-they evem pulled the drop off location up to verify that we were talking about the same location and gave me the time said location opened the following day I returned trailer at said location the next morning only to find out the renter put on the paperwork that I was returning it to them All has been resolved thanks to your customer support team
