Went after hours. Have better sign to direct to U-Haul parking. Around back of building.
ALAN Orear tail light was out....when we went and picked up tow dolly, the Uhaul reps there changed it for us.....but not good to be traveling cross country and the basics werent checked.....they also charged me $200 more than what I was quoted, saying it was insurance but I had chosen all insurances when we booked.....

RONALD SSome teenage kid work in the counter didn’t know his ass from a hole in the ground. I called and asked a question and he basically just repeated the question that I asked and didn’t have an answer. Then when I went to drop off my trailer, he is asking me where the keys for at were. Don’t have somebody who has no knowledge whatsoever working the counter. He was also lacking common sense.
