Old guy behind the counter was a jerk and very unhelpful and his dog was aggressive.

Mark BVery helpful
Sergeon KParts of the process were easy while others were annoying due to no actual person working that site. Although the check in and check out was relatively easy. Taking photos of everything plus having to check other trucks for equipment i reserved was rather frustrating. If I rented the 10ft truck and appliance dolly, it should have been all together for me, I shouldn't have to search for it in other trucks. Also the confirmation email when I reserved should have said something about the site maybe not having a worker and how long the process for check in would be.
Kathlean HMy recent UHaul experience was great! The entire process online & in person was relatively simple & user friendly.
