No one was at the location to provide dolly and pads. I did the entire check out and check in from mobile phone. But regardless of who I discuss with a Uhaul, each bill I get still contains the pads and dolly. Frustrating.

Took 30 minutes for attendant to figure out the computer. He screwed up and wanted to charge me $180 instead of the $90 my receipt said. Also, I had requested and even written down the address to the Falls Rd location in Baltimore to drop off. He ended up doing a different place and could not figure out how to change. Was too frustrating.

My truck was not assigned so I could not use the app to check in and the guy was not even there! Had to wait 30 min to get truck.

I rented the 10' truck to haul furniture to a donation site. We had a large stove, dressers etc. It would be helpful if there is some sort of ramp available. We all had bad backs.... ;)

I'm not sure if it was this location's fault, but the vehicle itself was in less than ideal condition. I suspect wheel alignment was off, as I had to turn the steering wheel ~10 degrees counterclockwise to get the vehicle to go straight. Also, windshield wipers were just about useless, and it rained the day I was travelling with the vehicle

Called numerous times during standard business hours to arrange a drop off and no one answered. Finally, left a message and no one returned the call. After speaking with uhaul corporate to get authorization to drop the truck to the Canonsburg location we waited an hour and a half for the owner/manager to show which, he/she never did. The only reason we waited was because two other customers were there and one said he was told that someone was on their way down but that was 45 minutes ago. Needless to say none of the customers were happy. But it didn't end there. We called uhaul corporate, again, explained the situation and said we had to leave since we still had a three hour ride ahead of us. We were cleared to leave the truck their and put the keys in the drop box. We took a picture of us doing so. Two days later I received an email saying that the truck was not returned and to please call, which I did. The fellow I spoke to was very nice but actually told me he had to get verification that the truck was returned to the location we said it was. How was he going to verify the truck was there? He had to call the same location that never answered the phone or returned messages or showed up as stated. I again had to wait on the phone and then it was decided that I would receive a call after the agent was able to reach the location. I received no return call. Instead I received another message from a different agent that the truck was still not returned and could I call as soon as possible to discuss the matter!!! Really!!! After calling for the final time the agent, again, very nice and polite and professional checked something and said it should all be straightened out. I would not classify the rental and/or uhauls checks and balances system a success and will likely try another firm next time.

When I picked up the truck whoever used it before left it filthy. Only 1/4 tank in truck. Why do you allow to return no full? Finally, all ordered furniture pads and dolly were not in the truck and after calling and on hold for around 45 minutes found out we had to pick up at a location 20 miles away. Uhaul credited my credit card $50 for the trouble which I appreciate, but would have rather had everything there to begin with.

There was nobody there when I arrived to pick up the truck. A note left on the door to call and no answer left voicemail I was there waiting. After numerous calls to U-Haul 800 number disconnected 3 times. And over an hour wasted I was finally told that I could have done all this online and received a code to get the key out a lockbox. Very poor communication beforehand to explain that’s how you receive the key and no answer to office or the number on the note on the door. I would NEVER use the location again!!!

Update this places hours of operation
