Jayne STruck share was a pain. The reservation wouldnt shown up on my account. After being on hold for 45 minutes the rep told me "it happens a lot and to keep trying". After another 30 mins I called back and the rep said it was because I was over an hour late. NO DUH! I WAS LITERALLY TRYING TO GET THE TRUCK SHARE TO WORK. The rep transferred me to someone else and she redid the reservation so that I could finally get it. Once I finally got the truck, it had neither dolly i ordered nor the towing hitch which they charged me for anyway. I called them back and was on hold for ANOTHER hour to get the dollies etc removed. I took the truck back. We hit a low hanging tree that resulted in a dent (we had the most expensive insurance). The person told me I'd have to pay $700 for the damage. I told them I had insurance, they said it doesnt cover that type of damage. I call customer service and after yet another 45 minute hd they say it is covered. Next time I move id rather carry my sh*t on my back. I wont be using Uhaul ever again.
