I got the car loaded and was doing my pre-trip inspection before I left discovered the brake fluid was completely empty and by the time U-Haul got back to me on a replacement I had to wait till the next day delaying my trip almost 24 hours costing me a extra day of unpaid time off I am very unhappy with this experience. I reserved this trailer almost 2 weeks in advance trying to eliminate any delays, but I guess that didn't work

Christopher WThe reservation system is terrible. I did all the reservation online and when we went to pick up the equipment we had to spend extra time for them to re-enter all the information with the exception of my credit card. The staff was apologetic, but we thought since all the details were already entered we would be able to just pick up the truck. We asked to leave the auto trailer for pick up later and they were very helpful with both unhooking and re-hooking it up when we came back.
Stacy LMy pick up location was changed without letting me know I went to the wrong location the location I need to be at was 6 miles out of the way. Being charged by the mile as well as setting me behind on the day as I had to drive it 25 miles away as I had picked the location closest to my loading location. Over all my experience was great with the location I had picked it up from. Not happy that the location was changed and I got charged for 12 more miles than I should have been. Seams like shady business practices to get more money out of a customer.
