I can’t tell if the place was clean and inviting because it was not open when I returned the truck on Sunday morning. Please let customers know that the office is closed on Sundays. I would have returned the truck on Saturday to meet with a representative. I was not sure where to leave the keys because the sign in the window was not accurate (I just dropped them through the slot in the front door). Also, I was not credited for the garment box that I didn’t use but I did leave it in the truck. The phone support person was very nice and helpful but it would have been nice to have a rep there when I returned the truck.

Larry SI got the car loaded and was doing my pre-trip inspection before I left discovered the brake fluid was completely empty and by the time U-Haul got back to me on a replacement I had to wait till the next day delaying my trip almost 24 hours costing me a extra day of unpaid time off I am very unhappy with this experience. I reserved this trailer almost 2 weeks in advance trying to eliminate any delays, but I guess that didn’t work
