We were not told we had to bring the trailer back at the exact time we picked it up on Friday! I have never heard of such a thing, so I got charged for an extra day when we brought the trailer back at app 4 PM on the 4th day! It is going to be a long time before I rent from U Haul again! Very upset with everything that happened on this trip! I was over charged at the beginning and now being charged for another day even though we had the trailer back before the place closed on the 4th day! You are not going to get any more money from me for a long time!

Sharyl MMake sure the vehicle is clean before renting it, there was cat hair all over the front. Wife had a severe allergic reaction to it and the lady in this particular office first said there's nothing she couldn't do and when she saw my wife itching everywhere she swept it and I finished it at home.
DANIEL VLoved the people there. They were helpful and understanding.
Samuel PThank you.
