Staff on site did not speak any English so they had to get someone on an app to translate. This wasn't a big issue but the employee on the app couldn't understand what I was telling him about issues we experienced with the truck that roadside assistance and local U Haul employees helped me resolve (truck had a drilled tank and gas was obviously syphoned so it was lower than what we were told it was when we picked it up, damaged trailer tire and the issue during pickup. Local U Haul customer service gave me an extra day to drop the rentals off due to those issues not being my fault. I was still able to return it on the correct day but a few hours late. This employee then charged me for an extra day, and the gas that was syphoned to even though the local U haul customer service told me otherwise. I called customer service and they reimbursed me the extra fees, which was nice.

Chris Ftrailer was hooked up to another truck and worker there would not help. He knew nothing about loading the car on the trailer. I had to do all the work in the midwest heat and afterwards the store clerk wouldnt let us use the bathroom.
