trailer was hooked up to another truck and worker there would not help. He knew nothing about loading the car on the trailer. I had to do all the work in the midwest heat and afterwards the store clerk wouldnt let us use the bathroom.

We had a very bad experience at this location. We were supposed to pick up a truck and trailer at 9 am. No one showed up until 9:17 am. We had a 1,700 mile trip ahead of us…when he showed up he did not apologize. He didn’t speak English well. He was very hard to understand. He told us we had to hook up the trailer ourselves even though he said he was an independent dealer and they are supposed to hook Up the trailer and do a safety check which he also did not do. He didn’t check to see if the trailer was hooked up properly, didn’t go over how to load the car and secure it. He also didn’t know how to hook up the trailer lights. We couldn’t sign a contract because their internet was down. It was very unprofessional!

Jeff TRenting agent over the phone. Not on site. Gave me the worst truck there. Ask questions that he did not need to. Reservation was made online through agent. Person working was barefoot. Just not where I would go again. Not a good rep for U-Haul.
