I did not interact with personnel, I dropped the key in a lockbox which was very easy and accessible

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe service were very kind and clear, no surprises at the end.
Rosa RAt the last moment, I was informed that the dollies i rented weren't available and I had to get them from another location. The truck had bald tires or needed an alignment and was dangerous to drive on the highway. The truck had a nest of ants in the driver's side door.
Thomas VProcess was quick, received the truck with a quarter tank of fuel, expected a full tank.
Jevaughn BThis location was great. They made sure we were taken care of quickly and were very professional. We were not able to return the truck at the time we were supposed to and they gave us some extra hours which I’m forever grateful for. The manager was very kind and professional. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone thats looking for a good moving team.
