I am beyond disappointed with the condition of the Uhaul truck. When moving into the truck, my husband and family didn't realize that an entire section of the Uhaul was covered in grease, oil, or caked-on gunk. The bottoms/sides of our items, boxes, furniture, and bins have this substance on them...then come to find out when we moved the furniture into the house we got some of our brand new carpet stained with it since we weren't aware so many items had the substance on it. These trucks should be cleaned better and inspected before being given to customers. We could have looked it over better, but that isn't our job. Now we have to take extra time and money to fix these issues when we should be enjoying our new home.

DEBORAH FI dropped the vehicle off on the 24th and they never checked it in until the 27th. They called me saying I hadn't left the key when the reality was they messed up. They lied about the drop off date and they never apologized for their error. Would not recommend them.
