The Shoppers Supply staff at the U-Haul counter are fantastic — very friendly, helpful and have a great attitude! The U-Haul app — during pickup, the app wouldn’t upload the pictures I took. The truck — great except for the lock which was bent and wouldn’t close. I didn’t need it but I wanted to mention it.

Max BWhen we went to the U-Haul to get the truck I asked the employee if that was dirt on the floor of the truck he looked at it said it wasn’t sticky but they sell a cover for your mattress. I should buy a mattress cover because your floor wasn’t clean when it was brought back by previous user?
Anissa BJason went above and beyond to meet my needs and short cut customer service delays when I discovered that my 10 ft truck did not have a loading ramp
Ken CA seamless and flawless transaction. Everything was excellent from my interaction with the representative who was excellent to the return of the vehicle. The vehicle was in great shape and again the representative was knowledgeable technically proficient an very personable.
