The truck size i reserved "broke down" the day before my reservation. To make things right the GM promised a two day rental for the price of one. I was charged for two full days for my 25 hour use. I was also charged for the dolly and pads in the truck I did not use. Over $50 in overcharges.Timothy K.

Honor already purchased equipment instead of forcing customer to buy the same item at a higher price, only because the company inventory system can't maintain proper information about the availability of rental equipment. As well as, provide proper instruction on where to pick up rental equipment up instead of having a customer drive around looking for it themselves. I will gladly pay more in the future, to any other company, to never have to deal with this kind of situation again.NICHOLAS H.

Truck I was given was unsafe and needed a brake job. Luckily I only had a short move or I would have risked my life as well as my families. Please look into this!Ramon G.
Make sure- VERIFY- that rental trucks are completely ready to be rented! First truck I was given, the driver's sun visor came off in my hand. It had been carefully set into place to give the impression that it was working properly. Fortunately, I noticed the defect and requested a different truck. Next truck, the driver's visor was again prepared and made to look like it functioned properly, but again- broken driver's visor. SOMEONE IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB!! The repair shop, the equipment inspector, the manager of the repair shop, the manager accepting equipment and signing off that it's ready for rental. . . Someone should have caught these broken, non-functioning items. I had to find each problem, then wait for a solution, and my check-out time was extended by estimated 30 mins. The Location is equipped to be great, but the devil is in the details.ERNSTWILHELM K.

Mobile app was not working properly for checkin. One of the issues was the app would not accept taking pictures as this is required for checkin. My original vehicle pickup time was changed but luckily you had a smaller truck available. Was hoping to get some type of credit or compensation as this required me to make two trips for the move. Staff and location are always great but seems like the mobile app and pickup time needs some improvement.Shan L.

The man in the lot was fantastic, his name was Scholar and he is the only thing positive about my experience! I used the online check in, walked in to get the keys and when the guys at the counter joking around noticed I was waiting they provided the keys, when I asked how I could use the app to confirm gas level or miles, he didn't know, so I was charged $34 plus a $30 service fee for fuel that I couldn't even confirm, nor could your staff at the counter instruct me on how to use the UHaul app, while I was trying to check in, so that I could confirm miles and fuel level! So I paid a service fee and couldn't even get help, with your own software, if the staff at the counter doesn't know how to use it, don't make it part of your process, period!!! Moving is already stressful, the frustration of paying for something when I couldn't even get help.....is a perfect ending to this endeavor.DAVIDHEATH H.
