Two items of note: 1) The digital check-in was a total failure. I could not access the app and kept getting the message,"Your session is expired". I wasted about 45 minutes trying to make this work. Please offer a "paper return" option. 2) The right rear tire must have had a slow air leak. When picking up the truck, the low tire light was on. A team member filled the tire clearing the light, but it was back on a few hours later. No bit deal in this case, but getting a flat with a full load would have been inconvenient and possibly unsafe. A little better quality control might help.STUARTG M.
Process was easy and fast. The only thing is that the mobile app did not work as expected, however the associate took take care of process once I stepped into the building.SIMON C.
Upon check in and giving the key, it would be helpful to inform a customer how to locate the truck or van. Making a customer walk around the parking lot like an idiot is just unacceptable. I asked where to park my car the the girl told me around the building in the grass - tried to find the location, asked an associate that was drinking coffee and smoking and talking to someone parked - NOT A GOOD LOOK!!! Finally I walked up to the garage area and a really nice guy helped me and allowed me to vent. It would be helpful if an associate asked if I need any instructions regarding the actual truck. Upon dropping the truck off, the guy greeted me asked me to pop the hood, etc. NOT MY JOB!!! The overall experience was horrific and I will never, ever rent from U-Haul again at this location. So many associates walking around doing nothing rather than giving great customer service.christine G.

We dropped the truck off after closing, so the night drop was convenient. That being said, about 2 dozen other trucks had been dropped off and it was difficult to find a place to leave the truck. Looks like business is very good, lol.MICHAEL B.

the worst truck I have ever rented. The wheel alignment was so bad it pulled the right when you stepped on the brakes and consistently pulled to the right when driving. Returned the truck after i was done and told the attendant. I watched from inside the shop. And all that was done was leaf blown out of the bed. Then the key were returned to the inside for someone else to rent. I then waited to see all that was being done to it, nothing. Told the clerk and he then took the keys off the rack. I really dont think nothing was going to be done, if I had not told the inside clerk. Still nothing was done for my experience and pain of renting the truck. Everything was excellent! Thank you! The weird thing is that I am Jodi, a woman. And the moment I put my boyfriend, Larry, as a driver, the entire file got put in his name. I paid for everything and it was my move. But I guess since he is the man, he became primary. This seriously needs to be fixed. The only tip I would tell folks who are renting is that the alignment on the large vehicles makes a difference. If the wheels have been aligned when the truck is empty, it will drive better empty and have more issues with the steering when it's packed full. If it was packed full when the alignment was done, it will handle differently when it's empty and much better when it's full. This is something to be aware of. Either way, the alignment will work fine for 1/2 your trip and badly for 1/2 your trip (assuming you drop the truck off at the same place where you picked it up.)LARRY R.
First time using U-Haul. I decided to visit a store as the online process was a bit confusing. Pickup and drop off was easy and made for a great experience. The van was clean and I was happy I could rent a utility cart instead of buying one. Everyone that I interacted with in store was nice as well.KALEAMICHELLE B.

We have waited for over a two weeks for a correction to a trailer we had less than 24 hours but we're charged for the tome we kept a truck we picked up at the same time. Have called corporate and still no refund for equipment we didn't have fir the time we were charged in addition to insurance we didn't request.JOSEPH D.
