I called the day before pick up to confirm my equipment was there. The owner could not have been nicer or more helpful. I had a Sunday pick-up and had to use my phone. He gave me tips on how to make that as seamless as possible and everything he shared was helpful, easy to understand and spot-on. Highly recommend this location for ease of use and access.
John BThe app for self check in is horrible and didn't work correctly (photos wouldn't upload, the ones that did took a very long time, my cell service was fine). I was charged a higher rate per mile than originally quoted plus some random fees that were not part of the original price.
Cary MOld service station. Clean and organized, but obviously shoppers seen a lot of business over the years. Wonder if U-Haul admin could send the shop a little small neon Green. sign that says open. He could put it by the front door. There are several front doors and it was hard to tell, which was the entrance.
Braddock MDropped off after hours. Amber in customer service was very helpful in the return. I found the app difficult to use when submitting pics.
