We reserved online with a credit card, then the man asked for prepayment again without a clear explanation as to why. He then attached the trailer to our truck. We drove 35km and it doesn't pull right. We got out and the trailer was not even attached or locked down. Thank goodness we attached the safety chain. The man did not know how to secure a trailer obviously and it could have been a very dangerous situation.

Kim SBetter check with rates. Don’t belive their words they are liars. They charged for another insurance in spite of i having full insurance which is covered by my Bank. Hidden charges applies as well. So make sure what location you are dealing with
