Pissed that I rented a 17’ truck for 4 days and needed 1 dozen blankets and an appliance dolly for only one day but wasn’t allowed to return dolly and blankets until I returned truck. That’s a rip off and y’all should fix that crappy policy.

I have used this location in the past. I was very pleased with the storage unit. There were no bugs or rodents. My past experience was for 14 months. No problems. This time, my rental was 2 years and 5 months. There were rodents and big brown roaches. I took all my furnishings to the City dump except the dining room furnishing a curio. The rodents had urinated and stained my sofa. There were rodents droppings all over the storage floor and on my belongings. The roaches were in the storage boxes. I had to go through each box and remove my belongings and put my belongings in storage bags. I took the empty boxes to the City dump with the furnishings I did not keep.

I like the location and the size of the lot. When I dropped the trailer off, one of the employees helped me disconnect and move the trailer for a fast check out. He told me he had it and I was checked in so I left. The next day i received calls from UHaul asking if my rental was ok. I explained that I turned the trailer in the previous night. After two calls to the company and numerous unanswered calls to the Woodlake Drive center without results, I drove to Woodlake. The same young man acknowledged he didn't check me in last night and promptly did it. It shouldn't have been this hard.

The customer service was bad. Kayla Dessenberg, your customer service rep was very disrespectful. She ask me to use my phone to upload my drives license. I explained to Kayla I don't load apps or anything to my cell phone. She said is was required that I do so. When my phone shut down she decided to do it. If your process requires a customer to use their mobile phone to do upload you need to change. U-haul does not pay my mobile bill and can not dictate how I use it. I'm very dissatisfied with the service at this location. Kayla needs to understand she has a job because you have customers. I've used u-haul many times and this was the worse experience.

The lady at the front counter was kind but she was there alone and there were far too many customers there for one person to handle. My uhaul was also not ready but luckily they had another one that they just had not cleaned out yet. The mobile pickup process froze and made me restart multiple times. All in all was very frustrating between the amount of time I had to wait and the process just not working properly.

This entire move was a shot show because of your ineptitude and lack of caring. I was scheduled to have the uhaul at 8am. I showed up 20 min early. You had one employee working behind the desk on a Saturday morning. After waiting nearly 40 min, and I was lucky behind me the line had grown nearly 8 people deep. I was then given keys to a uhaul that was blocked in by another uhaul. Then I came back in and had to wait another 10-15 min to get her attention. I was finally given another set of keys to a different uhaul and able to leave. At this point the movers had been waiting nearly 50 min which costs me money. I did try and get a refund because of this but I was essentially told to go screw myself. Because of this I plan to file a complaint with the better business bureau

First, There was only one person running the front desk to rent vehicles. I know it was a Saturday but there needs to be better staff scheduling! Whomever made this Saturday schedule Failed!!!! There was 4 people in front of me and by the time I got to the front desk there was 10 people behind me. She was very nice to everyone and calm with all the hang ups popping up. She issued me the wrong truck and I already reserved online. But I understand she was under pressure.. I say She should get a raise $$$$$$$$$

The young man cleaning and parking trucks....he was getting his butt whooped out there on the lot. He needed help. He was whipping those trucks around the lot like he was driving Mini Coopers. I’m glad there were no customers walking the lot or they would probably have been killed. He was doing his best to make everyone moving and happy. But one kid on a Saturday is crazy. Help him help you before someone is run over or equipment is damaged. Overall it was a smooth efficient process. Thanks

When I went to pick up the U-Haul there was only 1 lady checking everyone in. She did her best to help everyone and was very polite however, she had no help. There was an older man walking around but he was not helping her. She remained calm and professional the whole time. And apologized to each client. The wait was long. She was an angel. The problem is she had no help and she was running around like a chicken. You all definitely need to work on customer service. Moving is a big deal and on that day things needs to run on time. I was on a time crunch. When I got there at 10 I had to wait 30 min in line to get the truck. The service was poor not bc of the young lady but bc whoever manages the place is doing poorly and overworking certain employees. I guess to save money for themselves or someone!

Customer service was substandard. Manger had no repur with any of customers at that office. Something as simple as saying good morning, sorry for your wait. He said nothing to anyone. No acknowledgement at all.
