Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was not able to do my move in which has delayed me and has cost me the ability to move in during cooler time of day and being able to return truck when planned also delayed my travel back to Florida for Dr appointment because my code would not work and could not get in and so very upset
Shelly R | Premières impressionsWas secured but did not have a light inside. No other complaints
TYLER N | Expérience généraleTasia was extremely professional and helpful. Please provide direct recognition to her, thanks!
JULIAN C | Premières impressionsThe attendant made returning the equipment and getting storage very easy. And he was fast. I liked that.
Darrick M | Premières impressionsHidden cost, treated me as if I was untrustworthy
howard c | Expérience généralePerson working customer service didn't share where the keypad was and we stood outside the gate until we located it. She didn't share that the space was closed with a zip tie and we had to find something to break it with. She did not share info on price guarantee/promotion. I generally, not customer friendly.
hiedy h | Premières impressionsIt was a pleasure! Thank you
Shimes U | Expérience généraleI was misinformed about what I was initially told
