Reservation completed 4/05/26. Recvd call from U-Haul cust serv on 4/24 that truck would not be avail, stating “another party reserved it prior”. Offered a $50 credit for me to pick up a truck 19 miles away. After me refusing that offer - and two others - finally confirmed a truck of same size was avail in a nearby town 6 miles away that I suggested. Still cost me 15 extra miles that I had no choice but to pay / havin only 2 days notice of this unwelcome surprise.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI can’t really answer these questions because Nobody was at the location when I arrived at 9:30 am The door was locked So I just dropped the key in the drop box and took pictures of the truck and left Thank you in Advance
joyce dYou charged me $200 for the truck, then an extra $125 for the mileage then gas to fill it up. Total of $400 to move a hour and 10 mins down the road. Will only deal with budget from here on out.
Kyle FThe truck we picked up was beat up had several dents that were marked up from previous rentals. The truck sounded horrible sounded like there was an exhaust leak and the motor had a knocking sound. Halfway to our destination the check engine light came on.
Jennifer BThee was a smell of cigarette smoke in the cabin, but a/c worked great and vehicle ran well. Would rent again.
