I had a negative experience with this UHaul location. I rented a 24/7 truck share and hired moving labor several weeks ahead of my move. My movers and I arrived at this UHaul location at 8:00am, ready to pick up my rental truck with UHaul's mobile self-service, only for me to receive a message through the app that I would not be able to pick up my rental until the facility opened an hour later at 9:00am. When the facility opened, I received another message through the app that a vehicle had not been assigned to my reservation and I would need to get assistance from an agent inside the location. Inside, the agent informed me that this location no longer offers 24/7 truck share because they were experiencing theft and vandalism, that the agent who worked the day before was supposed to call me to tell me that, and that a truck wasn't ready yet so I would need to wait. Their special policy isn't listed anywhere on the UHaul website nor in the confirmation email, and I received no communication in the several weeks between booking my reservation and my actual move date. I asked the agent if there was anything she could do to accommodate for the inconvenience and lack of communication on UHaul's part (given that we were 1.5 hours behind schedule at this point), but she ignored my question and rang up my reservation with the standard price. She didn't acknowledge my request until I asked her to clarify that the standard price meant she wasn't able to do anything about the situation, at which point she replied, “No.” On top of all of that, the truck had a cracked driver's side mirror and only 1/8 tank of gas and I ended up paying my movers extra to stay past their scheduled time. I selected “I don't agree with the charges” on my UHaul truck rental return form, but UHaul hasn't called me yet to discuss my experience. Don't waste your time with this facility.

What does it matter what im pulling, it shouldnt matter what im using the equipment for. All that you should worry about is, bring it back, undamaged. If my truck falls apart its my fault

This is the second time in a row that I Have rented a bad trailer where I was not Able to continue to do the job I was doing. I was very dissatisfied with the last two rental. I always rent from these two locations. It always been good But not lately. Thank u for ur concern.

Only comment... The bathrooms were nasty. But customer service was great. Alfonso the Mánager helped so much. He went out of his way to make sure everything was Great and set for us.

I really appreciate there service manager and workers are friendly respectable my self I am very happy so far so good thanks for everything for the up grade services I have to look deeper I never got chance to think about it. Everything was fine but I was called twice during the course of the rental 1st time to see if I was planning to keep it for the full 5 days I rented it and the 2nd on the day it was to be returned to see if I was going to return it. If I rent a vehicle for 5 days that means I will be using it for 5 days or else I would've rented it for less time. Also, I signed the rental agreement so I know when I need to return the vehicle. The calls were annoying and completely unnecessary they added to stress and slowed me down having to answer the calls.

I left a couch in the van and never got it back. I got charged a day extra for less than one hour overtime. I got a penalty and $20.00 for the staff member entering ion my inform in the system. I got hosed on this rental and the service was stupid and bad

The representative Marisol Garcia was very rude. It was 15 minutes til closing and she did not want to take a return truck back. After telling her that other agents have taken returns at that time she started my return process. But she had a nasty attitude, she decided to take forever. After asking multiple times how much longer( because this was my 3rd car rental this year from here and knew the process), with an attitude she said I'll take as long as I want. This rep needs to be fired because her customer service skills are horrible.
