I booked a truck but when I reached they handed me a key to van and said it’s the only available option. Moreover, I told them that I want to book it for 24 hours but they asked if I can return it the same night which said I can probably. However, I got late at night moving stuff and next morning they told me to bring the truck right away as it is NOT ACCEPTABLE (they said). It wasn’t the customer service I expected.
