Looking at my receipt now.. I was charged $75 for the insurance that I declined. Probably explains why they just take the keys when you return. No receipt or anything, And say the manager will do it.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location was not very clear and where the trucks were to be located was not the same as it was described in my confirmation. Additionally the mobile experience was absolutely horrible for mobile check-in. It took us over 30 minutes and talking to two reps just to get past the confirmation screen. It ended up working out, but overall the experience was not great at all.
Jessica SOn june 2026 a woman came into this U-Haul dealership with all of my information and rented a U-Haul under my account . This dealership accepted her drivers license and her credit card, but rented the U-Haul under my name as the primary driver. This was fraudulent. It was either an inside job. Or they’re an idiot and didn’t compare the name on the drivers license with the name on the account of the person that was driving. Be very careful. This place is shady.

Anthony HNo one was available at location for pick-up. It was unclear what we were supposed to do. It was just a gas station and the attendant was not helpful. There was no dolly in truck when I reserved one and I almost left before checking that it was not in there. At first in the end it said I had driuven 49 miles which I know was not correct. Somehow it was corrected but it got me more unneccassily aggrivated when it said that. I will NEVER go to this location again.
