Paul B.The main problem we had upon an early arrival (6:30am, office closed) was that the WiFi was so poor at this location. We had delays using the truck pick up system due to minimal WiFi reception that made everything take longer and be more challenging since we had to call to toll free to have the assistance of UHaul customer service to navigate it all. I would highly encourage that office to have an open guest WiFi account or make improvements to what they currently have so that the pick up process can happen much more smoothly. The site and truck were awesome!
