Ron LThe truck had 1/4 tank of gas. The dash had a warning light of gas cap so couldn’t see the odometer. Pictures would not load for the remote pick up. Office was supposed to be open until 4:30 but was closed for both pick up and drop off. No dolly available in the back of the truck and if I wanted one, could not obtain because office was closed.
DANIELLE APaid for 2 dollys but the location did not have any. The guy at the desk realized this and rather than calling me or taking the charge off of my rental before I arrived decided to wait for me to come pick up the truck before he told me. Since I did not know this, I checked in on the app and when I came inside to get the key I found out that there were no dollys and was told he couldn’t refund me because I already did the check in.
Haiden MHello, I rented a truck earlier but the back door was not properly maintained and it got stuck. Because of that, the door would not close and I had to return the truck without being able to complete what I needed to do. I was already charged for that rental, and since the truck was not usable, I filed a claim so the charge can be removed. I need the refund or the charge reversed so I can rent another truck and complete my move. Please let me know when the charge will be removed or how we can resolve this so I can rent a truck again. Thank you.
