Rainy muddy day all over North GA where their location is and they charged me a $25 cleaning fee for some red clay on drivers side floor door jam when entering the truck. I should have checked to see if it was already dirty but I always focus on checking for left over trash or obvious unclean conditions.

Was not a drop location.
Claude K.This location did not have any boxes or blankets to buy to use for moving the woman running. The location also removed the tongue jack which made it impossible for us to take the trailer loose from the truck when we needed it to park it somewhere in between trips. I understand, she said that was a liability that U-Haul felt like they've inspected it. It's hooked up correctly but ultimately you make the consumer responsible for your product and again very dissatisfied with not being able to remove the trailer from the back of my truck. Also not being able to buy boxes or blankets, she said was because of her cost.
