It was a very delightful experience. The owner was really nice and helpful. Second time I've used that location and I would totally recommend them to everyone.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis summer is twice now I have tried to rent from this fine vendor to carry out a car hauling project. Twice now, I have made a reservation DAYS in advance, only to be called by Indianapolis telling me I must go to another dealer 20 miles away from my house to pick up the equipment. I ordered days in advance to ensure it was where "I" needed it, not where Uhaul wanted me to pick it up. This is terrible customer service with no reflection on the original vendor - they are superb and I highly recommend them. Now, if Uhaul would just throw them/me a bone once in a while it might be nice. Oh, and I'm sure Uhaul would have gladly charged me the additional 40 miles of driving required to pick up the equipment where THEY wanted me to pick it up instead of the location I rented from. Secure Storage LLC ROCKS ! Uhaul corporate SUCKS.
ERIC LI cannot thank Marty and his team at Ste-Mar Hardware enough for the absolutely wonderful service they provided my family and I whilst we were moving! Marty was so incredibly amazing in every way! Extremely knowledgeable, and the advice he gave was so informative. We have never met a more kinder man to help us with our U-Haul truck move, and we could not ask for anything more. I definitely recommend his business and his team very highly for any job, large or small, light or heavy. A wonderful gentleman to do business with. Top notch all-around. Thank you so much! :D ~ S.
Mikey vHolden was a very good representative for your company. Efficient, helpful and friendly. The best experience I’ve had from U-Haul.
MARCIA EThe ride in the 26’ truck is very rough. I would suggest an air ride seat.
