Easy experience with the use of digital technology. Would recommend adding an air freshener to the cab. Smelled like stale tobacco inside.
JUDITH DRep was very rude and condescending when I didn’t understand the app or what the process was. I will never rent U-Haul again.
SCOTT NWhen I made the reservation through your app, it was unclear which location had the panel truck I wanted. I usually go to the Malabar site, but the app was sending to another site nearby. Ok, could deal with that. Once I had my reservation, the app then took me to the pick up prep screen asking for my license, etc., which was fine but the quit half way through. Couldn’t get back to it. Then on the mornings I was to pick the truck up, I got a text saying I could go to Malav. Fortunately I saw the text. Got there and couldn’t get into the app to self check in. Nothing wrong with going to the office, but the app always worked well.
