This was the worse uhaul experience I’ve had. I have used uhaul a couple times and my son has used uhaul a couple times. The place itself was dirty/greasy looking like a mechanics garage. I was not told where the lockbox would be, so here I am running around the building, with a bad hip, while my son went the other way to look. Thank goodness he was with me. I was literally in tears. And my son kept telling me just go sit in the car and breathe. Next time I need to rent a truck, I’ll look at Penske or budget.

PAUL NGreat experience. Stopped in a few weeks before I needed a van to get some advice, gentlemen I spoke to his very helpful. Truck was clean easy to drive. Had to take it to New York City, I felt the rate was very fair, highly recommend.
