Man claimed I would not be charged for blanket count, but I still received a bill. Pickup location failed to ensure count & drop location thus charged extra. Not happy with either location.

There were NUMEROUS issues from day 1. I needed a trailer big enough to accommodate 2 motorcycles. I call the 800# approximately 1 month before I needed the trailer and specifically made this requirement known to the agent over the phone. I was reassured several times over the phone that it was in fact large enough for 2 motorcycles and I was provided a conformation #, date and pick up location. I called 48hrs before the reservation date and was told by the U-Haul agent that not only was the trailer not large enough for 2 motorcycles, but that it would now be even more money. Why? This was U-Haul's error, not mine. I then receive a new email confirmation, but it is now a totally different address. I now have to call U-Haul back and the representative states..."I'm not sure which location, you may have to call them both". Again, why? Why is this my responsibility? 9nce I arrive at the correct location, the station attendant has a sign on the door saying he is in the bathroom due to a stomach virus and will be back in 30min. Gross! I, along with some other random customer must wait for him to return and we are both delayed over 30min each. I then go to get everything situated and discover the cable attachment on my vehicle isn't functioning properly with the cable attachment on the trailer. I then bring my vehicle across the street and discover it is in fact the trailer attachment that is faulty, NOT my vehicle. The diagnostic test costs me $205. For the 3rd time, why? Why am I paying for a faulty malfunction on U-Haul equipment? I am then charged by the stomach virus attendant almost $65 more than the price I was quoted...which was already $40 more than my original quote from a month ago. If I didn't need the trailer right then and there I would have told them to go pound sand. All in all, I ended up spending over $435 on something that shouldn't have cost me more than $100. I will NEVER rent from U-Haul again, ever. I would strongly recommend going with one of their competitors.

Have used this location twice in the last month. Both trucks were clean and ran well. The online/app check in takes a few minutes but works. Same for return - takes a while with all of the photos but it works too!

The truck has some brake issues!! Brakes made a lot of noise, screeching and dashboard alarm going off!! Plus our reservation had to be redirected to another location! However the store attendant “Kerin” was awesome! He did whatever he could to save the rental. He was courteous and customer driven!

Was charged for three days when only had for 1 and a half due to mis-information. No ability for company to keep track and charged based on assumption. Was ultimately re-reimbursed for this day but not happy that such a good experience ended in conflict

After picking up the truck I decided to add insurance when I found out that my insurance does not cover it. It was a huge hassle to add the insurance. My pickup location would not answer the phone, I had to bring the truck back in (costing me mileage), and the contract had to be reversed out and recreated. This needs to be made easier!

The uhaul was rented out of a small office that was untidy. Some organizing would help.
