The driver side door did not shut correctly unless I really slammed it. Otherwise, everything was good.

All went well with renting a uhaul van and returning it back to them.

Samir MVery very frustrated with this process. The lady that rung me out charged me for an extra day, when I already paid and returned the van on time, actually 3 hours before it was due. Before I left the store I told her that I shouldn’t be charged for an extra day, she said I wouldn’t be but she let me leave knowing she charged my card. I checked my account before I drove off because I didnt trust her. I was actually charged. When I returned to the store they claimed, after making a phone call a refund that was suppose to hit my account automatically but nothing happened. I returned to the store because I never got a confirmation email and the refund never hit my account and now they informed me that they can’t print me out any proof or a receipt stating I’m owed a refund and it would also take 3-5 days.
