Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisLady at Columbia Laundry U-Haul = "10 STAR !!!" She stayed late to help me and got everything completed extremely well. Very professional and friendly. I tried to give her a tip and she refused saying she was just doing her job. I was renting a flat bed trailer to haul a car which she loaded to my motorhome and secured the vehicle to the trailer in a light rain with no complaint. She should get employee of the year. Made sure I was satisfied and understood everything before she would let me leave. You do not find many dedicated employees like that any more. KUDO"s to her.
fred hThe individual at the dropoff location was not helpful in terms of directing where to drop equipment, did not provide any assistance in dropping equipment, and provided no formal confirmation or receipt that equipment was returned. He simply offered to "text his coworker" that the equipment was returned. I returned the equipment on August 5th, and my receipt emailed to me shows the equipment was returned on Aug 6th.
Curtis PThe owner was pleasant and helpful. She had a lot going on at the same location with her actual business.
Andrew NThe Uhaul staff was really helpful and efficient with checking out our vehicle and letting us keep it in the lot for a few days since we needed to make sure we had the vehicle checked out but had no where to keep it overnight until we were ready to move. She was available both times we came in, once to complete the checkout then to pick it up. I would definitely recommend this location.
