Equipment pickup was transferred to this location. Couldn't find anyone to assist when I arrived on site. Could not do mobile pickup as it said the equipment was not available. Finally found someone and was given the keys, no additional information. I asked if I needed any paperwork, was advised no and just gave keys. This was my first time renting a truck from Uhaul. I had no idea what to expect. Fast forward, I get the truck to my house and received a call stating I didn't check out the truck and they would need to report it stolen.?!? What? I then called uhaul main line and advised of the situation. The rep from that location came to my house and checked out the truck as I had the movers already working. Bottom line, will not be using Uhaul in the future nor will I recommend them to anyone. This was simply ridiculous.

Steven PIt’s a laundromat with no outdoor signs indicating it’s a UHaul location. The desk inside was closed at 4pm and I luckily found a laundromat employee (who doesn’t work with UHaul) to acknowledge me. Had to self-return on the app which made me very nervous considering how buggy the app had been prior to this point.
Jamie SThe truck was not loaded into the system so the person in charge had to come from home to get it into the system. This took about 1 hour. The truck then itself was dirty in the back. The person before I used this truck hauled pigs in it, so the entire truck smelled horrid. All of our belongings now smell like pigs. Several things had to be thrown away. Overall I will not use U-Haul again unless they refund my money. I paid $400 to use something animals were hauled in?
