I pay for a service and expect customer service during business hours. This business was closed and message could not be left because voice mailbox was full. It took an extra 60 minutes to do a self checkout. I will never rent u haul again because of this. I paid for customer service. If I have to do it myself give me a discount.
BRYANT FIf I would not have had my boyfriend and his father with me, I would’ve felt even more unsafe. Nobody answered the phone. Front door was locked. I’m pretty sure people are living in the outdoor self storage sheds. Again, if I would’ve been alone dropping off the trailer, I would have felt extremely unsafe.
