I passed the poorly signed location twice. My “greeting†was instruction that I had to help move the trailers that were already (poorly) parked so I had a place to drop my trailer. I'm a small, middle-aged woman that was dropping off the trailer for a friend

It's uhaul was given to someone else by the uhaul facility in my name they did not verify the person's personal information. I was informed via email with a receipt when I called to report the incident the receptionist was rude & could not explain to me why my name phone number & email was used when I didn't even rent a uhaul & told me her manager wasn't in & she didn't know when he'd be in. I am highly disappointed that this even happened & terribly worried that since my name was used I'm held responsible when I did not even get a uhaul

Of course, I do use U-Haul when I need help, so I am in their system, But from Mobile Alabama to Columbia TN, my history stays in their computer, so the paperwork and Red Tape is much less. I have used U-Haul for years and will continue to do so. But kudos to this Columbia location
