Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe trailer was a little dirty, but just needed a sweeping
Paul BThey tried to scam me out of 120$. They said it was gonna cost 192$, and when I question the price, they told me they would remove the 15$ insurance and it magically went down 120$.
Christian CHad no idea where the office was located. In a hotel parking lot. Over charged us for the U-Haul use.
Robin SMy reservation was changed without my knowledge. While I understand she was probably trying to save me money, the lack of discretion caused four days of headaches and phone calls with different U-Haul locations, customer support, and even corporate. The customer support and Grant at U-Haul in Chattanooga were nothing but lovely and understanding, however, the corporate representative was condescending and short-tempered. I know for a fact I am not the only person who endured this frustration and I hope that this problem is resolved going forward.
