My reservation was changed without my knowledge. While I understand she was probably trying to save me money, the lack of discretion caused four days of headaches and phone calls with different U-Haul locations, customer support, and even corporate. The customer support and Grant at U-Haul in Chattanooga were nothing but lovely and understanding, however, the corporate representative was condescending and short-tempered. I know for a fact I am not the only person who endured this frustration and I hope that this problem is resolved going forward.

Excellent service
Phillip PThis a hotel/U-Haul location so the selection is limited and additional supplies may be limited as well, but the gentleman who ran the hotel and the U-Haul rental service was very friendly and helpful, much more so than the customer service reps at the recent fixed U-Haul locations that I have used.
