Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAll was well. I called the night before and asked for a 15 foot truck. Gentleman said sure. We will be open at 7. Went about 9am. Gentleman at counter said truck had been reserved overnight for 1pm pickup by someone else. We talked. He asked how long I needed it. I said 2 to 3 hrs .He said ok as long as you are Back by noon. So he trusted me to use the Truck and let me have the 15 foot..it all worked out great and I was back early and returned the truck No problems.
William PWe are arrived at the initial location (500 Walnut avenue) “Jackson St Auto Sales” to pick up the 10” foot truck we reserved and had been confirmed thru email confirmation only to find out that the location was closed on Sundays! Called their regional office and direct us to a different location and had only a 24” foot truck available, which we had no choice to accept since we drove for over 2 hours. Very disappointed and frustrating situation, we could had finished our moving process in time but it took us longer and more stressful to move our stuff around with a big truck. Overall very disappointed
