Just an absolute miserable experience that grossly overcharged. Never again.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe young lady at the front desk is always pleasant and very helpful. She is one of the reasons I come back to this location.
Angela BIt was a bit more out of the way than I thought. Also, parking was limited. AlsoI did not get the equipment I needed with the truck.
Barrett MWhen we got there no one was there and when they finally arrived we went in and she told us just to leave the key she would take care of it after she finished her lunch. We told her that we wanted to make sure that everything was done so we could get our deposit back and she told us again that when she finished her lunch she would do everything. She seemed irritated that we wanted to go ahead and do the return while we were there and finally she said well I’ll just go ahead and do it now. She was very unprofessional and rude.
Paige RI probably won’t use U-Haul going forward. I choose to do a mobile pick up for 7:30 and the morning of I wasn't able to pick it up until 10 that cost me 250 dollars more for the movers because we couldn’t get the truck on time .
