Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis is my favorite location to rent U-Haul equipment. Always clean, fast and efficient staff.
Richard MVery unhappy with after hours drop off surcharge, when I dropped off at 4:00 p.m. Location closes at 3:30 p.m. which I was not informed about. Called next day when I saw the charge. Was told it's in my contract, which I cannot find in the contract. I was referred to U Haul corporate to have charge reversed. Have not heard back from corporate yet.
DAVID KIt took a little learning curve using the app to figure and out how to retrieve the key since it wasn’t by the door (key box off under a tree 10-12’ opposite the return key box) so not as easy to find at first
Kevin Aour entire Uhaul experience was awesome. The young lady at the office was so wonderful! She opened up a little early to get us going and she was so friendly and informative. The Uhaul truck ran great and was so helpful for our needs.
