Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisnot clearly marker. Also i was charged for 214 miles, however i did not drive or use 214 miles. i only used about ~125 miles. i took a picture of the starting mileage, however the picture did not show as the odometer was flashing. Please check this out. bad experience call me if you need further details
Tim CI made the reservation 10 days before. When I got to the location, it was locked behind a gate. I was to pick it up at 10am. The location opened at 10 but they only open when they want. So I called and a man said he did t know I was picking up a truck. He got there at 10:40 and I left in my truck at 11:00. I paid movers to be at my house at 10:30 and didn’t get there till 11:45. Also got the truck with no gas in it so I had to get gas before I drove home.
Tiffini hMy problem is NOT with this location. I got a text message about an hour before I was supposed to pick up my truck that my location for pick up had changed to OVER 30 miles away. When i called the original location (southgate ky) the girl said well we overbooked our trucks and there is nothing I can do. Needless to say I hung up on her and called your 1-800 number and was transferred to the scheduling number. This person was very friendly and helpful. She actually stated that the store shoud have called them to figure out a close location for us to be rescheduled to. SHE was the ONLY one who helped me and wasnt rude about the situation.
