My problem is NOT with this location. I got a text message about an hour before I was supposed to pick up my truck that my location for pick up had changed to OVER 30 miles away. When i called the original location (southgate ky) the girl said well we overbooked our trucks and there is nothing I can do. Needless to say I hung up on her and called your 1-800 number and was transferred to the scheduling number. This person was very friendly and helpful. She actually stated that the store shoud have called them to figure out a close location for us to be rescheduled to. SHE was the ONLY one who helped me and wasnt rude about the situation.

SANDRA SDidn’t get materials paid for and bill ended up twice as much as expected.
Steve WThe U-Haul we received had around 2-3 gallons of gas in it upon pickup. Thank god it ran out of gas in front of the new place. But this did lead to me running back and first to the gas station 4 times to get enough gas to start the U-Haul to drop it off. Also didn’t help that the gas gauge on the dash was not working properly. Showed 1/4 of a tank when we picked it up.
