The U-Haul was at a quarter of a tank when I received it I filled it a little bit over a quarter of a tank I do think it should have had more gas in it but so far so good I have not been held financially responsible for it being low we also should have received a partial discount because we did not use the full 30 MI

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe young lady was extremely helpful. We had a hard time figuring out what pictures the app or link wanted and the mileage. She told us not to worry and took over for us. Very sweet girl.
Ken HInside cab of the truck was covered in dog hair and smelled terribly. I had to do the whole trip with the windows down, over an hour on the interstate, and my husband was not able to drive because of dog allergies.
Amy CThe phone tower was down, so the location was difficult!
JACQUELINE BPicking up the truck was not easy at best. The keys were not where they were supposed to be. There was no one at the site to help. Called the number on the door with delayed response. We were late while our movers sat at our house waiting for us.
