The lady working was very hard-working and friendly and got us in and out quickly. The reason for the "average" rating is it's just not a big enough place to have U-Haul rentals. There were several people there ahead of us, and we had to stand outside because the lobby was so small. There weren't enough (nor big enough) parking spots so we had to park in a handicapped spot. And to get to the trailer was like going down ant tunnels. Just WAY too small of a facility. But again, the worker was SUPER nice!
