Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisNo place to easily park truck Staff insisted I park next to other trucks where spaces were small
Christopher HWe were not informed of the $15 coverage charge for safe move insurance. We were only quoted $19.95 for the rental plus $1.09 per mile. I attempted to dispute the undisclosed charge with the business because I told him my State Farm insurance would cover if in an accident, but he said it’s a normal charge.
PETER HWe think we got scammed. I used the app to make our reservation for this truck and nowhere on there did it say we were being nickeled and dimed to death. The truck ended up costing us $203, MUCH more than the $60 I was quoted on the app. Will not be using this location again.
