The pick up location is inside a mailing center. The agent had to input our reservation, as it was somehow lost in the system.The van was behind a grocery store and was completely blocked by an 18-wheel truck. The agent said for me to wait for the driver of the truck to move before I could leave. The biggest problem is that the agent did not record the proper mileage in the van and we were charged an additional $45 for 150 miles that we did not drive. PLEASE remember to take a photo of the mileage of the van and the condition of it prior to departing. it is your word against theirs and you will always lose.

Documentation should state that you are dropping this off at a postal annex. Also, the postal annex is not equipped to handle anything. As stated on my comment referenced on pick-up location, the truck almost got me killed on the freeway with the wiper blade issue. Additionally, the jackass at this drop-off location acted like he was doing me a freaking favor for NOT charging me for the burned out headlight bulb and broken wiper blade because I didn't purchase the fucking insurance. UHAUL is a JOKE. Using Home Depot next time.

The lady manager was very rude and was taking care of postal customers, Monday when I was there. I had a long wait, she said she was too busy to deal with me. She didn't check the trailer in, but finally told me where to park the trailer. Then I waited another 15 minutes for her to go look at it. She told me she would text me the receipt. Wednesday at 7:00 AM, a man from u-haul called and asked me when I was going to turn it in as they wanted to rent it out. At noon I received another call from UHaul wanting to know when I was going to check the trailer in. I then went to the store and spoke to the lady manager. She said she had gotten a call about it a half and hour ago and when she got time she would check the trailer in. She then proceeded to take care of other customers and ignored us. We tried to speak with her again and she told us " The conversation was over" and then walked away. I called the regional manager, Sim, for that location. He said it was a Holiday and they were busy and he had checked the trailer in. The lady manager then yelled across the store that she had our receipt and to come get it. Very poor service and attitude at this location.

The 17' truck reservation at 10:30am was magically changed by your system to a 15' truck reservation at 1:30pm. When I arrived at the location at 10:30am, the clerk behind the desk told me that you just change things on your end and don't notify me, which is exactly what happened. All the while, she managed to have a good amount of attitude as if it was my fault. Turns out she had a 17' truck returned at 10:00am, so lucky me - the original reservation you confirmed could actually be fulfilled! Well it turns out that my reservation couldn't be changed because your system locked it up (probably my fault for doing the online check in and trying to make it easy). So then she created another reservation and cancelled this one. Thankfully, the cancellation went through. I had to check my credit card charges today because I definitely can't trust anything UHaul does. After all of this, which took over 20 minutes, she told me she doesn't have enough packing blankets... WHICH WAS ALSO CONFIRMED BY YOUR STUPID SYSTEM. And somehow she managed to be rude about that as well. Great, I guess I'll just incur more cost in going and buying some form Home Depot. Next time I'll try Enterprise or Penske; you all need to get it together.

Uhaul helped me tracked down a Uhaul truck right away and gave me a discount because I was making a special rush delivery from Danville to Oroville delivering donations to our fellow men, women and children that had lost everything in the Paradise Camp Fire.

I was told to fill up the fuel back to full. Problem was that gas was not topped off and I ended up putting so much more gas than used. It was a whole process and long wait time to get it sorted.

Clerk changed my drop off location to one closer to my destination. I queried the clerk about after hours drop off and was assured the site he was selecting for me had 24 hour drop off. When I tried to drop off the truck I found the site was not 24 hours, so I was left scrambling to find street parking for the truck.
