I noticed one strap ratchet was slightly damaged as I returned the tow dolly. It had assuredly been that way when I received it but I was concerned it could possibly be pointed out upon return inspection and become my responsibility to repair. I am relieved that didn't but wish it wasn't damaged when I rented it or that it was brought to my attention beforehand so that both parties were aware at that point. It wasn't anything that would have stood out on a cursory inspection, nor did it seem to effect the use of the equipment, However, with continued use without repair, it could cause detrimental failure in the future. All else went quite well.
