Jon JDoesn’t have a drop box and made the return process stressful and way more complicated then it needed to be. We couldn’t figure out where to put the keys and the office was closed. I would recommended when dropping off at this location to ask about the key drop off before your return as this location doesn’t have a key drop box and doesn’t mention that at the time of dropping off the vehicle or during the return process. Took over an hour sitting in the parking lot and of sitting on the phone with 3 phone calls to U-Haul reps and a live chat agents ( who were very rude) and who all weren’t sure of what to do. Ultimately just decided to leave the keys somewhere safe as nobody could tell us what to do when dropping off at a location that doesn’t have a key drop box. They should put a sign up at the location store or mention it on the U-Haul website or idk get a drop box? Very frustrating.
