The people running this location were very rude and did not communicate when asked questions. She also ignored most of what was asked and I was told she could not give me a price unless I was renting for sure because "it was a long process to get a price and if I wasn't renting she would not be going through the process"

Our reservation started at 3:45. We arrived at 3:50 and the clerk inside hadn’t even checked in the vehicle when it got there. We did not leave this location until 4:30.

Mariano MI was originally to pick up in Bentonville. They called and said they were unable to secure it for me and told me of one 30 miles away at TNT. I drove to TNT and the lady said they had just rented it to someone else. It would be returned hours later at 5:00pm. I called at 5:30 and it was still out. The lady called the renter and called me to say the trailer is on its way back. I drove to TNT from Bentonville again and the trailer was there. The lady was so helpful and tried hard to help. I did not get her name but was very impressed and thankful for her effort.
Paul MCab of the truck was grimy. Dirt and spilled (dried) throughout. Hadn’t been vacuumed or wiped down in I don’t know when. Also, no blankets when ordered. Was told later that “yeah, our website allows you to reserve supplies when our dealers don’t stock them”. Really? Also, I rent a 15’ truck at one of 3 rental spots in town only to be told I have to drive to another town to get a different truck? As a customer, it would seem to be your responsibility to get the truck I reserved at the location I reserved. Instead, it cost me a full hour on the morning of my move.
